Film is an important component of culture and a concentrated expression of cultural soft power. The Portuguese-speaking Countries Film Development Forum aims to establish a platform for the exchange of film culture between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, and at the same time provide opportunities for the exhibition of Portuguese-speaking films.
